Company director is a civil engineering graduate (2002) from National Institute of Technology, India. In 2015 he registered as an Engineer in Trainee with Engineers and Geoscientists British Columbia. He has also continued his education with recent course work in Building Design and Architectural CAD program and Building Information Modelling from British Columbia Institute of Technology.

Over the years, he has had the opportunity to work around the globe, and in doing so, have made a bunch of good professional contacts, and learned different perspective and skill sets from them.

He has experience in quantity takeoff/estimation for more than 2000 foundation projects for single family and multifamily wood frame construction projects. He has also done part quantity measurement and estimation for a considerable number of mid-rise and high-rise RCC commercial and residential tower projects in British Columbia and Alberta.

PQS Canada Services Ltd is an attempt to tap into the Estimating, Quantity Surveying and Post Contract services market in the British Columbia and Alberta region. It is very young and full of energetic professionals; the company was incorporated in 2018, in Surrey, British Columbia.
